Located in the heart of Sarasota, minutes from downtown, beaches, and the bay, The Reserve Retreat is a unique venue perfect for hosting special events and parties. Built in the early 1900s, this special and fully-restored property was once the home of the Ringling family.

Our venue features an open-air courtyard with stage for band, a vintage dining room with room for seating, a wine and beer bar, coffee shop, and full restaurant. The setting offers lovely backdrops for photography and is in close proximity to the bay and beaches for beautiful scenery.

We also have six unique rooms available for short- and long-term rentals for your guests. Each room has a comfortable king-size bed and a private bath. One room also has a single pull-out couch. Three rooms have either full kitchens or kitchenettes. Daily housekeeping is provided (fresh towels, make beds, refresh water in room).

Food & Beverage

Choose the flexibility of planning your own menu or work with our specialists to create the perfect menu for your guests. Food is prepared on-site by our chef, and server(s) on during meals.
