Guest Rooms

Nestled in the Arts District, our boutique hotel offers six unique guest rooms situated in three historically significant buildings (former home of the Ringling family) available for short- and long-term rentals. We also offer a Casita in the historic neighborhood of Sapphire Beach in Sarasota. Our guest room rentals are available on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. "Jessica and Sara[h] have done a wonderful job restoring this historic property. The Bayside Bliss room has a modern shower, refrigerator, and microwave, and most importantly, a comfortable bed. Between the bed and the white-noise hum from the A/C, we slept very well. It's a quiet neighborhood. The room could use some more space for clothes, but we managed fine. The cafe downstairs was awesome! We ate there twice and very much enjoyed talking to the owners while eating the excellent breakfast. They were sure to ask us many times if we needed anything and told us how to contact them if we did. The parking is convenient. Our room had outside stairs, which was no problem for us, but be aware. We did not eat at the adjacent restaurant, but the menu looked amazing. Maybe next time, since we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on any future trip to Sarasota."

"[The Casita was a] great property in a wonderful location. Awesome access to Ringling complex, New College, etc. Private and convenient. Appreciated additional amenities like beach chairs and towels. Great communication. Located in one of SRQ’s best neighborhoods - great to walk and enjoy views of Bay."
