Guest Rooms

Nestled in the Arts District, our boutique hotel offers six unique guest rooms in our three historically significant buildings (former home of the Ringling family) available for short- and long-term rentals. We also offer a Casita in the family neighborhood of Sapphire Beach in Sarasota. Our guest room rentals are available on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Charles Ringing Room: "We booked this location for our 4 year anniversary. What drew us was the quaint building/outdoor architecture and dog friendly-ness! This was a slightly last minute, week of, booking, but the owners shared all the important information. We utilized this location for Selby Botanical Gardens Christmas Lights (highly recommend that as well). 

The Charles Ringling room was spacious, clean and even smelled clean when entering. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine after the light show. Showers were hot! Beds and pillows were CLOUDS! Very comfortable. Need a comfy bed when away from home!"  Rooms: 5/5; Service: 5/5; Location: 5/5
