Room Rentals
Nestled in the Arts District, our boutique hotel offers six unique guest rooms situated in three historically significant buildings (former home of the Ringling family) available for short- and long-term rentals. We also offer a Casita in the historic neighborhood of Sapphire Beach in Sarasota. Our guest room rentals are available on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. You may also book directly (and save platform fees) by calling our General Manager Sarah Simmons at 941-253-6003.
Comments from a guest (January 2025): "We stayed for a few nights for a wedding. The owners are very welcoming, feels more like staying in a cozy home than a hotel. The breakfast and coffee shop is great, we never got a chance to eat in the restaurant but it smelled amazing the whole time we were there. It’s a short ride to Main Street and the Arts centers."

You are bringing a pet, but not all of our rooms are pet friendly. When you book, please notify us your are bringing a pet. There is a $50 charge for each pet up to 4 nights, and $100 per stay 5+ nights. We allow up to two pets (under 40 pounds).
