Room Rentals
Nestled in the Arts District, our boutique hotel offers six unique guest rooms in our three historically significant buildings (former home of the Ringling family) available for short- and long-term rentals. We also offer a Casita in the family neighborhood of Sapphire Beach in Sarasota. Our guest room rentals are available on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Mable Ringling Loft: "It was a Saturday night, and the neighborhood and other guests were all very quiet. Loved the bottle of wine. Enjoyed having wine glasses ready to welcome us. We both slept SOOOO well. Great pillows, cool air con, dark curtains, and clear and clutter free home. Unique things I loved: shower! great water pressure, HOT water, also COLD water (a bonus in Florida), BEAUTIFUL vintage Chinese dresser, little rack to put beach things, cool ~ funky shower, high quality towels. I liked the little touches. Close to the beach and downtown, but tucked away."

You are bringing a pet, but not all of our rooms are pet friendly. When you book, please notify us your are bringing a pet. There is a $50 charge for each pet up to 4 nights, and $100 per stay 5+ nights. We allow up to two pets (under 40 pounds).
